Position Overview
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while adhering to established standards and procedures. The role may also include performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure top condition. We expect technicians to uphold high-quality workmanship and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair processes
Perform routine inspections, diagnostic tests, and standard maintenance
Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
Follow all shop policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects as needed
Safety-focused with a customer service orientation
Experience preferred but entry-level candidates will be considered
