We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior Associate to join our dynamic and growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid background in public accounting and a focus on corporate tax, SALT, High-Net Worth Individuals. Responsibilities
• Perform detailed financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present audit reports that accurately summarize the most significant control weaknesses, associated risks, and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline audit processes and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Perform tax-related tasks including corporate tax, SALT, and high-net-worth individual tax preparations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior audit staff, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the finance industry, implementing best practices in all audit procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA license is preferred .
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or internal auditing, preferably in the finance industry.
• Proficient in corporate tax, SALT, High-Net Worth Individual, CPA, public accounting, Audit Procedures Knowledge, Risk Assessment, Audit and Tax, and Senior Audit.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and the ability to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Proficient in using advanced features of MS Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
