Role Description
• Conduct statutory audits of companies, including listed entities, in compliance with:
• Standards on Auditing (SA)
• Companies Act, 2013
• SEBI Regulations (ICDR, LODR)
• Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Analyze and interpret financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Apply strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion of audits while maintaining the highest quality and professional standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide financial expertise and audit insights.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ CA/CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting & Finance

✔️ Experience in statutory audits, particularly for listed companies

✔️ Strong understanding of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations

✔️ Proficiency in audit tools and data analysis

✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
