We are looking for a Associate Support Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into SQL, Advance Excel, UNIX, Application Support, Production Support.
Exp: - 2+ years
Location: Pune
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
Shifts : - General
Job Description:-
• Good academic credentials with a basic understanding of Sql.
• Good grasp of DB concepts with hands-on experience in SQL querying
• Exposure to Development & DB tools like SQL Developer & Putty will be useful
• High learning agility. The position will often require learning new business processes and systems
• Basic understanding of MS Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Excel and SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures with accuracy.
• Strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy and accountability for outcomes.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer service attitude
• Strong Analytical skillsets
• Should be open to Rotational Shifts between 6:30 am – 8:30 pm during work and weekend days
