Associate Manager Compliance Vahura

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of PQE
• Must have experience in NBFC/ BFSI/ any other regulated sector.
• Experience in managing regulatory inspections/ audits would be preferable.
• CS/ CA educational background.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the organization stays compliant with the regulatory framework.
• Manage engagement with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), including inspections, regulatory submissions, and responses to their expectations.
• Oversee the identification and mitigation of compliance risks related to business operations.
• Provide independent risk assessments and reports to inform senior management of the firm's risk profile.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Promote a compliance culture through communication and awareness initiatives.
• Act as the main contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and external parties on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align compliance priorities and initiatives
