We are looking for a professional to be responsible for offering financial advice and financial planning services to Rural High Net-Worth Individuals/Families and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

- The Candidate must have adequate experience working with High Net-worth Clients/Business owners who own businesses in various facets of the Rural economy. The Candidate must have a strong financial acumen and a passion for working directly with clients.

- Candidates with work experience in the rural economy space like Agriculture & Agriculture Value Services, Rural Banking, Micro Finance, Rural Fintech, Consumer Products is preferred. Past experience in working in Rural/Semi-Urban India is important.

The Candidate must have the following skills :

- Relationship management skills -A key aspect of the job is relationship management; therefore, relationship management skills are extremely important. The trust of clients should be earned through ethical behaviour, a willingness to listen, and consistent performance. The Candidate must have excellent networking skills.

- Communication skills - The Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least one Regional Language. The Candidate must be a good listener.

- Adaptability - The Candidate must first and foremost understand the needs of the Client and then prepare an appropriate financial plan rather than advocating for a financial plan that's set in stone.

- Knowledge of finance - The Candidate with knowledge of finance, along with a sharp eye for business trends would be preferred.

- Analytical thinking - it's essential for the Candidate to be critical thinkers who can conduct research and formulate action steps.

- The Candidate must be willing to travel across the Rural/Semi-urban regions of the State and spend quality time in Rural locations of the State.

Compensation will commensurate with experience.
