Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Nevada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creditor's rights law and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and appear in court on behalf of clients.
Review and request coverage for court calls.
Draft and file motions as needed.
Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers.
Requirements
Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
Ability to travel as necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
