Associate Accountant, Financial Stewardship and Public Reporting
Ongoing employment opportunity in the NSW Treasury.

Role Impact & Contribution
As an Associate Accountant, you will support the delivery of key financial reports and provide excellent customer service to internal clients. You will work across various teams, including FSPR, Treasury Finance and Services, and Risk, Compliance and Audit. This role is part of the Financial Management and Services (FMS) Group, supporting the broader team to meet deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of Total State Sector Accounts and key reporting aggregates;
Provide excellent internal Treasury customer service;
Maintain accurate processing of transactional finance services, including reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience;
Basic knowledge of financial accounting concepts and strong analytical skills;
Ability to manage competing priorities and short turnaround times;
Adaptability and a positive attitude in a team environment.
