Box Property Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Property Management Assistant and Leasing Associate to support our growing team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain real experience in property management while working within a fast-paced, professional environment, with a mix of field work and work-from-home flexibility.
Working Days
Tuesday to Saturday (aligned with inspections and home opens)
Flexible hours within these days depending on workload
The Role
You will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including:
Conducting home opens
Assisting with tenant application processing
Carrying out routine inspections
Completing Property Condition Reports (PCRs)
Assisting to Conduct final bond inspections
General administrative and operational support
Data entry
About You
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Comfortable dealing with tenants, owners, and contractors
Able to manage a mix of on-site and remote work responsibilities
Tech-savvy and confident using Apple iPhone systems and apps
High attention to detail, well organised, and able to work under pressure
Willingness to learn and take on constructive feedback
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential
Current Police Clearance or ability to obtain prior to employment commencement
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 6mths Experience in property management industry
Real estate registration preferred but not essential or willingness to obtain
A strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry
Microsoft office 360 experience is essential
