Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience in the facility management industry. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service delivery, manage site teams, and maintain compliance with client and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Manager in managing end-to-end facility operations
Oversee housekeeping, security, technical, and soft services
Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA & KPI compliance
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Handle manpower planning, shift management, and attendance
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure service quality
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and compliance norms
Support in vendor management, billing, and cost control
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
Maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of facility operations & service management
Good communication & client-handling skills
Team management and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works
Understanding of safety standards and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Work Conditions
Willingness to work in shifts if required
Ability to handle multiple sites or large facilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
