ABOUT GASTRONOMIX:
You will be working on building a new age F&B startup pioneering revolutionary product development in the industry. THE POSITION:
We are looking for a dynamic leader who can own up the responsibilities of offline expansion activities. You will be working on opening new outlets by finding appropriate real estate with good business feasibility. You need to acquire real estate spaces for the company to open new outlets. You will lead the opening of new outlets and plan city level expansion activities. This will be 80% on-field and 20% office job. Good understanding of Bangalore city geographics is very important to be successful in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the head of expansion and own up the offline expansion targets
Survey various areas of interest and prepare detail reports on footfall and business feasibility
Negotiate with landlords and close real estate leasing deals
Find best spots for business expansion
Manage and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-6 years of work experience in real-estate or field sales/marketing
Excellent communication skills Fluency in Kannada & English is mandatory
Two Wheeler is mandatory
