We are currently looking to onboard an Assistant Manager- Human Resources to support the growth of our Indian operations. Working as part of a global HR team and in close collaboration with CPO and VP HR, the role holder will be responsible for driving excellence in HR Operations function of HRC – India. Scope will include management of HR processes supporting the operational and non-operational teams aligned with HRC business objectives and people strategy. Responsibilities:

Be the local point of contact for our HRC India office.
Collaborate with central teams of Rewards, Engagement, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development for effective delivery of HR services.
Manage execution of HR operations including compensation and benefits process, HR helpdesk process, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding process, quarterly performance measurement process, grievance management process, disciplinary process, HRIS management and HR reporting for location.
Make annual recommendations on compensation and total reward strategy for location based on market research and pay surveys.
Ensure compliance with local/global regulations as well as certification standards including SOC, HIPAA, ISO, ISMS.
Manage HR records and data to create steady reporting and data streams for decision making.
Ensure people policies and processes are adhered to across locations.
Support global culture and values framework and related initiatives.
Coordinate/handle new employee orientation/onboarding (local hires) assuring a high standard of newcomer experience.
Maintain compliance related to individual employee benefits, working with payroll service provider as necessary.
Process, update, and report monthly government remittances and supporting employee information.
Process and monitor bank and government loans.
Administer company medical and other benefit programs – including inclusions and exclusions.
Provide local employee relations support and respond to general HR inquiries.
Qualifications/Criteria:

Degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution
A minimum of 4 Years of experience as HR Generalist or HRBP
Working knowledge of Payroll management
Exposure to system driven HR environment/ HR related analytical platforms will be an added advantage
Experience in a service sector/KPO related environment will be a definite advantage
A self-driven individual with a commitment to learning and improvement as well as a passion for making a difference to internal customers, every day.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
