Job Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to promote Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society’s products and services.
• Conduct field work to interact with potential customers, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
• Implement BTL campaigns and initiatives to target specific customer segments and achieve marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, brands and agencies to execute BTL activities, such as brand activations, events, sponsorship and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop BTL marketing strategies and plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze leads generated through BTL activities, and report on conversion rates and outcomes.
• Maintain a database of leads and customer information for future marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all BTL activities.
• Stay updated with emerging BTL marketing techniques and industry best practices.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

Skills Required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, sponsorship or related fields.
• Strong experience in events, sponsorship, lead generation activity, and customer interaction.
• Good understanding of BTL marketing techniques, strategies, and channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
