Job Description

Your Impact:

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, offering insightful advice to guide decision-making across all departments.
Partner with department heads to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Lead a Finance team (payroll, accounts, cashiering, and gaming) with a focus on mentoring and development.
Champion financial systems improvements while maintaining strong internal efficency and controls.
Ensure compliance with Company, Hotel, and legislative standards at all times.
Prepare and review financial reports with a high level of accuracy for the General Manager, Company and Owners.
Liaise confidently with banks, auditors, suppliers, and owners.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring To The Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years' finance experience with leadership exposure.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel (experience with Sun, Opera Cloud, HumanForce, WageEasy, PurchasePlus and Micros Simphony is highly regarded).
A collaborative leader with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Hospitality or hotel industry experience highly regarded.
