Role Description

This is a part-time (24 hours a week) role for an Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial data entry, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting a team of chartered accountants.

What You’ll Be Doing: This permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week across 3–4 days) offers the opportunity to manage a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including:

Creditor processing
Payroll management
Xero maintenance
Accounts reconciliation
Client invoicing
Trust account administration (including reporting and reconciliations)
