About the Role:

The Finance division at CDC is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated Assistant Accountant to join their team at the Seven Hills depot.

This is an ongoing full-time opportunity reporting to the Manager of Financial Accounting to provide support across the NSW business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting entry preparation and posting.
Month end accounting support.
Bank and account reconciliations.
Trial balance reviews and uploads.
Internal and external audit support.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable support as required.
About You:

A positive and motivated team player with exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities
Qualification and accreditations:

A tertiary qualification in accounting and experience in a similar role
Experience with the accounts receivable, payable, and finance function
Experience with ERP software
Experience with D365 desirable
Experience with the Microsoft suite of products
Intermediate level excel knowledge
