As an Assembly Technician at our Niagara Falls facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our high-quality cranes to life- assembling precision components and ensuring every product meets our exacting standards. Your Responsibilities

Assemble knuckle boom cranes and sub-assemblies according to engineering and quality specifications.
Follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production schedules to meet delivery goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Diagnose and repair assembly issues, collaborating with supervisors to ensure top-quality performance.
Contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical training in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems is an asset.
0–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
Skilled in using hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic mechanical equipment.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physically able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.
