Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Gujarat state. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies and targets, and achieving sales goals for the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, Master of Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG / Garments/Innerwear/apparel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
