Architect

A talented ServiceNow Architect is needed to design, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery and Service Mapping modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead architecture and design discussions, providing expertise in ServiceNow best practices and recommending solutions for complex challenges.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts and integrations.
Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP web services.
