Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. The architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design: Develop innovative design concepts that meet the client's requirements while adhering to building codes, regulations, and budget constraints.

Project Management: Oversee the entire architectural design process, from initial sketches and blueprints to construction and project completion.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide design proposals, and make adjustments based on client feedback.

Technical Drawings: Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and regulatory approvals.

Site Inspections: Visit construction sites to ensure that projects are progressing as planned and that the work meets design specifications.

Code Compliance: Stay current with local building codes and regulations to ensure projects comply with legal requirements.

Materials Selection: Choose appropriate construction materials, finishes, and sustainable solutions while considering budget constraints.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to project design.

Budget Management: Assist in budget development and control to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

State license as a registered architect is required.

Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Project management experience is a plus.

Sustainability and LEED certification knowledge is advantageous.
