Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Architect at nirmitidesignstudio. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs and preferences of clients while adhering to building regulations and codes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
• Excellent design and visualization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
