Jheel Trans is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller/Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing team. This on-site role in New Delhi involves daily follow-up on outstanding claims, denial management, and working with U.S. insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on accounts receivable claims with insurance companies
• Resolve payment issues and manage denials efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up as per U.S. healthcare standards

Requirements:

✅ Prior experience with Athena medical billing software

✅ Expertise in Pediatrics billing and claims

✅ Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
