Applied AI Engineer

As a Cluster Head MM at Meesho, you will be part of the Fulfillment and Experience team, where you will have the opportunity to directly impact the experience of e-Commerce users in India. You will work with a diverse group of professionals to reimagine logistics and build a supply chain that will revolutionize the e-Commerce industry.
• Role Overview:
You will be responsible for onboarding and training partners, managing operations, and driving key operational metrics for the Surat cluster. Your role will involve visiting partner facilities, ensuring compliance with operational processes, and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations
- Identify and onboard new partners onto the network regularly
- Track and manage the performance of partners in the Surat cluster
- Conduct audits at partner facilities and address operational gaps
- Ensure compliance with operational processes
- Drive key operational metrics end-to-end to achieve performance targets
• Qualifications Required:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably in Middle Mile operations
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations
- Experience working in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan in a similar capacity would be a plus
- Experience in control tower and field operations is desirable
