The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer issues, providing product information, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
