We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alfresco Technical Lead/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Alfresco content management solutions, possess strong technical expertise, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers. As an Alfresco Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Alfresco solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities
• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Alfresco solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed within the team.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Alfresco.
• Design and develop customizations, workflows, and integrations with Alfresco.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous integration and delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of existing Alfresco solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest Alfresco releases and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain Java applications to support Alfresco requirements.
• Ensure integration of Java applications with the Alfresco platform.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Java application issues.

Technical Experience
• Proficient in managing the Alfresco ECM system.
• Strong knowledge of underlying infrastructure including SQL Virtual Machine, SQL Server, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL Server.
• Proficiency in Java application development and integration.
• Experience in Alfresco platform management, monitoring, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and security management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must.
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience working in IT / Application Management.
