Alarm Response Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Guard will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive monitoring and enforcement of security protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and deter suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and security compliance.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce access control measures by verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism risks.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any irregularities encountered during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements

Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with staff and visitors.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION. THIS IS AN ALARM RESPONSE POSITION.
