Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Executive (Global Publishers) who can onboard, manage, and scale international affiliate partners across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and experienced in handling global CPA campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and scale high-performing global affiliate publishers
• Manage and optimize international affiliate campaigns across multiple geos
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for volume, CPA, and ROI
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming traffic sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top worldwide affiliates
• Ensure traffic quality, compliance, and fraud prevention
• Analyze performance data and prepare optimization insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or publisher management
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and CPI models
• Experience managing international offers and global geographies
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar
• Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
• Self-driven, aggressive, and growth-oriented mindset
