Full-Time 12-month Fixed Term opportunity in our Hobsonville office
Deliver programme secretariat services, helping to maintain high standards of governance and coordination across large scale programmes
Annual salary up to $96,227 + 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata)
Te Whiwhinga Mahi | Our opportunity
In this fixed term parental leave cover role, you'll play a key a key part in supporting urban development projects by providing high-quality programme governance secretariat services and expert advice.
Working closely with project teams and the Programme Management Office, you'll help drive quality assurance, ensure smooth coordination, and support compliance with governance and business processes. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accurate governance registers and ensuring documentation remains current and responsive to an evolving business environment.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of complex programmes with strong governance foundations.
The role is based in our Hobsonville office a minimum of three day per week.

You'll have prior experience working in a high-level advisory or administration role.
You'll have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a range stakeholders and management levels.
You'll be detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and well-organised, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines through effective time management.
You'll have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm, resilient, and adaptable in fast-paced or pressured environments.
You'll exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality in a demanding governance setting.
