Role:

• This is a senior job with the responsibility of working with the admission team for day-to-day sales operations and creating new business for the firm. • The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of experience as an overseas admissions manager. • Documentation, eligibility checks, and application filing shall be the responsibility of the Admission Manager for enrolled students. • This role necessitates strong written and verbal English communication, a desire to work in a multi-tasking environment, and an aggressive and intelligent mentality. • In addition, the Admission Manager will be required to assist in the company's growth and vision.

Probation Period: 3 months

Major Duties & Responsibilities: • He or she will be in charge of the admission and continued assistance of students from a set of regions assigned. • These students are an important source of revenue for the business school, generating income each year. • Within a team context, the position holder must demonstrate initiative, strong teamwork, and assume responsibility for procedures and outcomes. • The person in charge of this position must be able to make choices regarding applicants' eligibility based on their English language skills and the validity of academic credentials from the designated locations. • On an independent basis, he will be able to make admissions decisions and issue offer letters to potential students. The precision and speed with which such selections are made will be critical to the C3S Business School's international success.

Qualifications And Experience Required:

• Graduation or Post Graduation in any field. • At least 4+ years of experience in managing institutions abroad.

Required Skills: • Result-oriented and capable of working under duress to meet deadlines. • Ability to interact successfully with colleagues, students, and other members of the public of various ages and social backgrounds. • Ability to interact successfully with colleagues, students, and other members of the public of various ages and social backgrounds. • Flexibility in terms of working hours is a plus. • Exceptional IT abilities. • Computer, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific software expertise
