Fixed term until April 2027 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated booking clerk to be a part of a collaborative and supportive administration team.

Key responsibilities:

Communicate with women, LMCs, staff, patients and whanau
Managing waiting lists efficiently
Booking scans and clinic appointment
Preparing clinical records for clinics
Managing very busy shared email boxes
Being adaptable to constant change

Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts.
