Administer REIWA’s community engagement program, branch, and network committees.
Permanent part-time role. (22.5 hours per week can be spread hours over 3 – 4 days)
The position
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong coordinator to join REIWA to coordinate REIWA’s well respected community engagement initiatives and our branch and network committees. As an experienced coordinator/administrator you will be confident in managing multiple priorities and engaging with numerous stakeholders to support the success of our community engagement initiatives and our branch and network committees.
Reporting directly to the Executive Manager Policy & Advocacy the key responsibilities of this position include:
Administer REIWA’s network and branch committees.
Provide administrative support across branch functions, committee meetings, and partnership programs.
Coordinate existing partnerships and programs, including co-ordination of tenancy training program.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive awareness of REIWA’s Community Engagement activities, including working with Brand & Marketing team on advocacy and community campaigns.
Assume responsibility for management of the Community REInvest Program including coordination of volunteers.
Assist with the expansion of REIWA’s community engagement programs.
To be succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:
Strong administration, organisation and time management skills including the preparation and distribution of agendas, meeting minutes and organising meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM’s (Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous).
A strong awareness of community and social needs and passion for encouraging others to engage in helping those who are vulnerable in our community.
