Benefits
Pay Rate: An hourly rate representing a total annual salary of approximately $68,000 - $71,000 plus an additional benefits allowance, for a total package of approximately $80,000+ annually
Responsibilities
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive program support
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative, record-keeping, and reporting tasks, supporting Front Office, Real Estate Division programs, and Project Management Office in Design & Construction
Perform various record-keeping, reporting, and informational duties
Compile, maintain, and update data, lists, and reports
Check and verify data by direct comparison with source documents, identifying discrepancies
Gather, acquire, and develop resource materials and other information to support division programs
Maintain bulletin boards, select and file materials for future reference
Record, sort, assemble, and file information on specific projects, facilities, contracts, and financial documentation
Work closely with GSA Management, Leasing Specialists, Lease Contracting Officers, and Planning Managers
Prepare, gather, and organize all required documentation for successful assembly and completion of lease files and reports
Monitor, coordinate, and maintain various records
Extract information, enter data into databases, analyze for trends or patterns, and generate management reports
Respond to data input and verification requests, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Assist users with software, hardware, and automation issues
Use computer software to produce, store, and retrieve documents, including spreadsheets, databases, and graphics
Receive and direct incoming calls, record and distribute phone messages
Provide general and contact information to GSA staff
Maintain a Desk Reference Guide for the position
Participate in projects related to data management and integrity, including internal audits and resolving System for Award Management (SAM) issues
Perform other miscellaneous duties, such as maintaining time and attendance reports
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job description
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive program support. This role is located at the JCK Federal Building in Chicago and is open to US Citizens ONLY.

In this role, you will:

• Ability to operate routine office equipment (scanners, copy machines, fax machines).
• All contract personnel will be required to undergo a background suitability clearance (HSPD-12) by GSA, prior to work and maintain this suitability clearance 0-2 Years' experience as an HR coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant
