About the Role

This position reports operationally to the Administration Manager Oral Health Hub (AO4) and professionally to the Senior Administration Manager Metro South Oral Health (AO6).
Coordinate the timely receipt and completion of emergency appointment requests for Oral Health Services including the interpretation of triage pathways and eligibility criteria.
Provide an efficient and effective client focused approach to service delivery in a timely manner, often dealing with distressed clients or carers and utilising discretion whilst ensuring the client's right to confidentiality is maintained.
Consult with clients and relevant sources to obtain correct demographic and general information for the processing and establishment of emergency appointments.
