Acting Teacher

Responsibilities:

Develop fun lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the needs of students.
Manage behavior effectively and always strive to meet high expectations of yourself and students.
Prepare/maintain a positive working environment for students to optimise learning.
Deliver engaging lessons based around specified discipline to high standard.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests in the arts.
Provide individualised instruction to students to help them master subject matter and improve their stage performance.
Assess student progress and provide feedback on a regular basis.
Write annual report for each student.
Ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for students.
Work as part of a team to help put on productions and showcases involving young people.
