Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Acquisition Manager - CASA will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, developing strategies to drive business growth, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The role also includes managing the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve acquisition targets.

Qualifications
• Experience in Business Development and Sales
• Proven track record in Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
