As our Accounts Payable Rockstar, you'll be the financial superhero behind the scenes, ensuring company invoices are paid on time and the money is managed like a pro. You'll dive into a world of numbers, where every invoice is a challenge and every payment is a victory.

What You'll Do
• Invoice Ninja: Conquer incoming invoices, matching them up like puzzle pieces and making sure everything adds up.
• Data Whiz: Use your super sleuthing skills to enter payment and journal entry data into our SAP system with lightning speed and accuracy.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Unravel the mysteries of vendor transactions, and be the hero who saves the day by resolving issues with a smile.
• Organizational Guru: Keep our vendor records in tip-top shape and help out at the front desk when needed.

What You'll Need
• At least two years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• An eye for detail that's sharper than a hawk.
• Excellent communication skills – you can chat with anyone, from vendors to coworkers.
• Computer skills that would make a hacker jealous, especially with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• A love for numbers and a passion for problem-solving.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If
• You have an associate's degree in finance or accounting.
• You've wrangled invoices in a manufacturing environment before.
• You're an SAP pro.
