Job description
We are looking for a FEMALE Candidate for this position.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, a basic understanding of accounts, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and generation of invoices.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
• Generate and print quotations for customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the accounting team in various tasks as needed.
• Handle client communications professionally.
• Perform general administrative duties related to accounts.

Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to generate invoices and quotations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
