• The Accounting Department is supportive and cross trained for a smooth work flow

Tasks Of The Accounting Specialist
• The Accounting Specialist will be hands on with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process a 3-Way match for AP (Invoice, packing slip and receiver)
• Reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries
• Light administrative duties when needed

Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounting Specialist
• The Accounting Specialist should be able to multitask
• Experience working within excel, utilizing formulas and multiple spreadsheets
• The Accounting Specialist does not need to have an Accounting degree, but any office or data entry skills will be helpful
