Job Details

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following
• Financial records Maintain accurate financial records and fiscal files, including tracking and recording transactions, and correcting discrepancies
• Financial reporting Oversee the production of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Tax planning Plan taxes throughout the year and file annual corporate tax returns
• Forecasting Use financial statements to forecast business performance, cash flow, inventory, and staffing needs
• Month-end close Coordinate and complete month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Compliance Prepare and submit transactional taxation and compliance requirements, such as FBT, BAS, R&D, and payroll tax
• Audits Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Systems Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions
• Staff Supervision Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
