Accountant

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams, ensuring financial integrity, and driving sound financial decision-making to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company's financial growth and stability.
• Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive management team and the board of directors.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and optimize the company's capital structure, investment strategies, and cash flow.
