Accountant Fresher

• Booking Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Journal Voucher, Bank & Cash Payments &

Receipt in Tally ERP +
• Preparing Daily Cheques & Online Payments as per requirement.
• preparing of Bank reconciliations, Debtors/creditors reconciliations
• Maintaining the billing system, Generating invoices and account statements
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted

for and properly posted.
• Preparing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B working & Return
• Preparing TDS Calculation Sheet & TDS Return
• Preparing Debtors Outstanding Statement & Debtors follow up.
• Preparing Monthly Salary Calculation & Directors Remuneration Payment.
• Monthly Statutory Payment through Online (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, GST & TDS)
• Preparing Creditors Outstanding List for Payment
• Preparing TDS/TCS - Quarterly & GST Return- Monthly
• Handling daily cash & Update Work Order

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,+86.00 - ₹38,+28.00 per month
