Accountant for the Global Accounting Team |85|000|year

About The Opening
• $85,000/year plus a bonus structure
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Integral role in a global financial team

Responsibilities
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal reports
• Collaborate with Global Payroll for accurate multinational accounting
• Analyze and report on compensation expenses and financial results
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and survey submissions
• Provide support for external audits and procedural documentation
• Improve operational processes and financial systems
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; accounting experience essential
• 1-3 years of experience, with a preference for compensation accounting
• Proficient in Excel; Workday experience is advantageous
• Capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven maturity and initiative
