• Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust expertise in financial planning and analysis to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will leverage their CA qualification and extensive experience to drive financial strategy, optimize performance, and support decision-making processes through in-depth analysis and reporting. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a keen eye for detail.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability, cost structures, and financial trends.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, providing actionable insights.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and long-term financial plans, integrating business assumptions and market conditions.
- Monitor budget adherence, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
3. Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
- Develop and refine financial reporting tools and dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
4. Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and other major financial decisions.
- Provide financial analysis to support business case development for new projects and initiatives.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify and drive process improvements within financial planning and reporting functions.
- Implement best practices for financial planning and analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
6. Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to maintain compliance.
7. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA- Final/Semi/Dropout) with [X] years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
