Accounts Manager

Accountable for providing support as per agreed requirements in the aligned department (Accounting). Proficiencies and responsibilities as mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining the books of accounts, of companies and individuals
• Filing GST/TDS/Advance tax/E-payments & any other statutory and mandatory returns
• Preparing final accounts/Balance sheet/ P&L for Audit & filing IT return, reconciliation of bank accounts, co-ordination, completion of annual audits, preparing, reviewing of financial reports as necessary and any other activities connected with book keeping, ESIC & PF
• Generation of E-way bills online based on challans
• Maintain day to day records of payments, receipts, vouchers, petty cash records, expenses booking, stock registers including entry for inwards & outwards entry of materials, purchase and sales invoices
• Creation & filling of Export documentation including Invoice, packing list, & other documentation, co-ordination with clearing and nominated agents for export formalities
• Bank documentation filling out and fillings
• Creation of RFQ’s, purchase orders, requisitions, vouchers & receipts
• Data entry custom-built database & other data repositories - Stock management
• Data coalition/maintenance of products/services rates
• Track and trace - Incoming and outgoing shipments, couriers
• Logistics management of small purchases via porter, uber, etc
• Creation and printing of different types of Packaging labels
• Office supplies upkeep and management - systems, printers, softwares, stationary, & other consumables
Role Specifications
• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience and should handle all accounts related work independently
• Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
• Experience with accounting software Tally & GST
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook mail
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Ability to organise and co-ordinate multiple tasks at once
• Good searching, analytical and communication skills
• Should be well-organised, perseverant and pro-active
