Responsibilities Of The Account Receivable Coordinator
• Process credit card and ACH payment
• Determine and enter necessary adjustments to the accounting system to balance
• Scan invoices
• Send payment reminders
• Billing and Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Payment Processing

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of previous AR experience
• Proficient in Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
