Collab Accounting Private Limited is the sister company of Ankit Chokshi & Co. - a firm of Chartered Accountants set up in 2001, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat State, India. About the Internship: Key responsibilities: 1. Working for clients based in Australia 2. Liaising with clients 3. Handling bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients 4. Working on BAS/IAS preparation (Similar to GST returns in India) 5. Working on year-end accounting (preparation of work papers and financial reports) 6. Working on the preparation of tax returns (company/trust/partnership/individual) 7. Working on cloud-based accounting software 'Xero' Requirements: 1. Qualifications: graduate (B.Com); post-graduate (M.com/MBA finance); Inter-CA; CA 2. High proficiency in fundamentals of accounting 3. Sound knowledge of MS Office 4. Quick learner 5. Comfortable working in the cloud environment 6. Good communication skills
