Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experience Center Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day operations at the Livspace Experience Center, providing exceptional customer service, giving personalized design consultations, and ensuring a seamless showroom experience for clients. The Executive will also be responsible for promoting the Livspace brand and services to visitors and potential customers.

Qualifications
• Customer service, Facility, and sales skills
• Interior design knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized design consultations
• Knowledge of home interiors and renovation industry trends
• Experience in managing showroom operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or related field, BHM

-Fixing up the appointments, passing on the leads to the concern person

-Provide information about IELT/PTE/TOFEL Exam

-Guide and counsel students and parents for Admission to Universities abroad

-Application filing to foreign universities and continuous follow-ups for offer letter

-Assist in student visa and another visa filing -Students counseling
