The Seven Islands Maritime Training Foundation (SIMTF) is the training and educational initiative of Seven Islands Shipping Ltd., a leading Indian liquid bulk carrier with a strong legacy in the maritime sector. Through its flagship institution — the Seven Islands Maritime Training Institute (SIMTI) — located in Khopoli, Maharashtra, the foundation is committed to producing competent, disciplined, and industry-ready seafarers. SIMTI is a Directorate General of Shipping (DGS)-approved institute, offering structured Pre-Sea Training programs Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS), General Purpose (GP) Rating; Graduate Marine Engineer (GME); Electro-Technical Officer (ETO).

Job Summary:
Seven Islands Shipping Foundation is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to manage back-office operations and administrative documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Handle back-office operations and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly.
Maintain correspondence and coordinate internally with different teams as required.
Assist in preparation of reports, forms, and office letters.
Ensure proper record-keeping of invoices, receipts, and other official documents.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for requirements.
Support the administration team in any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:

1–2 years of experience in administration or back-office operations, preferably in colleges and institutes.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
