The role involves developing and maintaining applications across backend and frontend using Python, PHP, and JavaScript, as well as writing optimized SQL queries and managing data flows. The selected individual will also collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build features from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain applications across backend and frontend using Python, PHP, and JavaScript
• Write clean, optimized, and efficient SQL queries and manage data flows
• Use JavaScript to enhance interactivity in web applications where needed
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build features from concept to production
• Contribute to system architecture, technical designs, and long-term planning
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Debug production issues across services and stack layers

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with JavaScript and deep knowledge of SQL
• Experience building web applications end-to-end, from database to UI
• Familiarity with common backend frameworks and RESTful APIs
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, Laravel, or Express
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
