Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design software.
About the Role

This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, contributing to our brand identity, and engaging with our target market effectively.
Main Responsibilities
• Design Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Web Design: Create web designs that are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, incorporating CSS and JavaScript where necessary.
• Motion Graphics: Develop animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance digital content.
• Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your work to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
• Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for projects.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma is essential.
• Web Design Skills: Familiarity with web design principles, including CSS and JavaScript, is highly desirable.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to create visually compelling content.
• Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Passion for Design: A passion for design and a desire to stay current with industry trends is a plus.
